1. Who we are and acceptance
Nubigram is the platform of Nubigram SAS (CUIT 30-71691894-3) at nubigram.com, where you can create an account, download our desktop software and manage your licenses.
By creating an account, with your email or with Google, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, don't use the platform.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use Nubigram on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
Sign-up
You sign up with a permanent email and a password, or with your Google account. If you sign up with email, you must confirm it before using the account. The information you give us must be true and up to date.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity on your account. From your dashboard you can see your open sessions and close them. For security, the account is locked for a while after several failed sign-in attempts. If you notice any activity you don't recognize, write to us as soon as possible.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Nubigram to:
- create accounts in bulk, automatically or with false information;
- try to access other people's accounts or get around security controls, such as attempt limits or bot verification;
- overload the platform or interfere with how it works;
- any unlawful purpose.
5. Software and licenses
Our software is installed on your computer, and the data you work with stays there: Nubigram doesn't store it.
Each license gives you the right to use the corresponding software according to its plan, and is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, unless the plan says otherwise. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the software, or get around its licensing mechanisms. Software we publish as open source is also governed by its own license.
6. Payments
For now, everything Nubigram offers is free. Before there are purchases or subscriptions, we will add the payment and refund conditions to these terms.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the platform running without interruptions, but there may be outages for maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control. We may change, add or remove platform features.
8. Suspension and account deletion
We may block an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently or puts the platform's security at risk. When an account is blocked, all its sessions are closed.
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. When you do, your data is anonymized immediately and you lose access to your downloads and licenses. Backups that still contain it are deleted after 30 days.
9. Liability
The platform and the software are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Nubigram SAS is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or the software.
Nothing above limits your rights under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law 24.240 or other consumer protection rules.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of the legal domicile of Nubigram SAS, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring a claim before the courts of your own domicile and to the other rights granted to you by consumer protection rules.
